**Position Overview - Nephrology Clinical Service Unit (Job Share Role)**

This position is based within the Nephrology Clinical Service Unit, working closely with. Two other Administration Assistants. A multidisciplinary team of Doctors, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals

**Key Details**:

- This is a **job share role** with fixed working days**:Monday and Tuesday only** _(please note: these days are non-negotiable)_
- The role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the unit’s operations

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Performing a high volume of clinical typing with accuracy and efficiency
- Answering telephone call**s** and directing enquiries appropriately
- Managing and updating digital medical records
- Providing general administrative support to the department as required
- Ensuring timely and effective communication across the clinical team

- The ability to think on your feet and adapt to a dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
