**About The Role**
Are you an organised and enthusiastic individual looking to join a dynamic healthcare team? Pacific Clinic, located at Newcastle Community Health Centre, is seeking a dedicated **Administrative Officer** to support our multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, and fellow admin staff.
In this vital position, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and a key contributor to the smooth running of clinic operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Clinical typing
- Booking and coordinating clinics
- Ordering supplies and maintaining stock
- Providing face-to-face support during clinic sessions
- General administrative duties to support the team
**About You**

- Demonstrates excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Can work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Shows strong attention to detail and upholds patient confidentiality
- Communicates effectively and is confident supporting medical, allied health, and administrative staff
