WesTrac are looking for a **Construction Business Manager **to join our Construction Industry (CI) sale team.

Reporting to the divisional General Manager, this individual will be responsible for leading a team of Account and Customer Support Managers who are accountable for capital and aftermarket sales across a specified territory and market segment. This individual is accountable for the development and execution of the WA CI Sales and Support Strategy, annual budgets, and overall customer relationship model for their customer base.

The successful applicant for this role will be a well-seasoned sales professional who possess exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and has strong demonstrated influencing ability, coupled with sound business and commercial acumen.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Tertiary qualification in either an engineering or commercial discipline, or significant demonstrated commercial and business experience
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines
- Have advanced leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire, influence and motivate
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise at a high level and diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skills with the ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and influence positive outcomes
- Be able set and clearly communicate business targets and expectations aligned with WesTrac values
