**Project Manager**
**Construction Project Manager**
Join our team as a Construction Project Manager, responsible for overseeing construction projects from conception through completion. Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes, and coordinating between contractors, architects, and stakeholders. Experience in construction management software and a deep understanding of construction processes are essential.
**Engineering Surveyor**
We are looking for an Engineering Surveyor to provide precise measurements and data for engineering projects. This role requires conducting field surveys, processing data, and creating detailed reports to aid in the design and execution of engineering projects. Proficiency with GPS, GIS, and other surveying instruments and technologies is required.
**Surveyor**
**Construction Estimator**
This role requires an applicant to conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs. Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts. Coordination of work effort. Calculate time scales. Assist key stakeholders in planning and organisation of labour, materials etc. Review and interpret codes of practice, regulations and plans as required.
**Occupational Health and Safety Advisor**
This role requires an applicant with a very strong and confident English language and communication style. The ability to liaise with client and stakeholders. Review WHS safety management plans, policies and procedures. Enact safety standards out on site, office or relevant projects. Ensure WHS KPI’s are being met daily, weekly and monthly. Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, pre-starts if required.
Pay: $73,150.00 - $150,000.00 per year
