**TEN Recruitment** are excited to be recruiting a
**Construction Manager** to join an established, family-owned business with over 40 years trading history. The business successfully delivers a range of projects within civil construction to a variety of clients including local shires, tier one miners and other private clients.

The successful applicant will be working on simultaneous / multiple construction projects in Karratha and throughout the Pilbara region. Our client is searching for a dynamic individual who is open to moving across a range of live projects.

**Duties**:

- Provide leadership to maintain a positive workforce culture.
- Implement and run project review process.
- Support the tendering process and ensure effective handover from tender to start-up stage.
- Build and develop effective long-term relationships with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Develop and retain people to produce high quality project outcomes.
- Ensure project margins are managed pro-actively.
- Lead the teams to achieve exemplary safety outcomes.
- Ensure project teams develop a full understanding of contracts and legal obligations on their projects; and develop, maintain and report a summarised view of relevant risks & opportunities in your portfolio.

**Essential requirements**
- Previous experience working in a construction management role within the civil construction industry, managing multiple projects (major and minor), overseeing cartage / transport.
- Proven engineering and projects experience with bulk earthworks, road, rail and utilities projects.
- Ability to lead the project management function and provide guidance and support to on-site teams.
- Extensive experience in directing complex, high value or multiple projects.
- Engineering or Construction Management degree or similar.
