We're seeking a self-motivated, outgoing, and experienced Construction Estimator who combines strong technical estimating skills with sharp commercial acumen. This is an opportunity to be part of a well-established, award winning team working on distinctive unique and commercial projects across Perth.

Job / Responsibilities:

·  Flexible, full time employment. 40hr week based in Booragoon.

·  Manage project bids from pre-tender through to handover, including qualitative criteria and works program.

· Actively seek and assess new project opportunities and present viable tenders for management consideration.

· Collaborate with the team to explore value engineering and cost effective solutions.

· Assist in preparing and validating take-offs and project variations.

· Build and maintain strong working relationships with our clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements:

·  Tertiary qualifications in relevant field or equivalent relevant industry experience.

·  Extensive experience (5yrs+) in the building and construction industry (commercial preferred).

· Expert in the interpretation of technical drawings, project sequencing, contractural terms and risk analysis.

· Proven ability to develop accurate and practical construction work programs.

· High-level analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent written communication, attention to detail and organisation skills.

·  Ability to juggle priorities and support broader business functions as needed.

·  Proficiency with IT (Mac experience desirable).

·  Current drivers licence.
