An exciting opportunity has come about to join our Learning and Development team in the role of a Learning and Development Consultant on a full time permanent basis. Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, this role will see you responsible for a blend of demonstrated instructional design, as well as delivering and facilitating the learning of new & existing employee groups, through your understanding of adult learning both in person and virtually.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Partnering with different business units to support learning and build strong relationships, particularly with senior managers
- Lead and execute learning initiatives that align to our organisational strategy and improve employee performance at all levels
- Manage projects from start to finish, including stakeholder communication, timelines, reporting and budget
- Design, maintain and deliver appropriate learning for all employees on business improvements, systems, processes, products and compliance procedures that support the delivery of a quality customer experience
- Leveraging data and relationships to identify learning gaps, solutions, trends and future opportunities
- Provide coaching across the organisation and mentorship to other members of the L&D team
- Facilitating learning to all employees from contact center roles through to senior leaders.
- Minimum 3 years applied experience in learning and development
- Proven instructional and/or organisational design experience
- Experience using eLearning authoring tools with a preference for Articulate Storyline
- Proven end-to-end experience in learning needs analysis, learning design, facilitation and evaluation
- Experience in developing learning frameworks & pathways
