**About us**

The Department of Justice and Community Safety delivers a justice and community safety system that works to build a safer, fairer and stronger Victoria.

**About the role**

Corrections Victoria Learning & Development is seeking a leadership consultant with experience in training needs analysis, instructional design, delivery, coaching and stakeholder engagement.

The position will be required to work closely within a larger team and with prison locations in determining their needs.

In this role, you will:

- conduct training needs analysis as required for senior custodial staff
- develop programs which address training needs
- deliver interesting and engaging training
- evaluate program content and delivery
- manage internal and external stakeholders
- meet timelines through effective project management
- coach participants.

**About you**
- excellent project management capabilities
- a demonstrated experience in the development of training and assessment materials
- a current driver's licence.

This includes evidence of all doses of a COVID-19 vaccine required by the department (from time to time).

Acceptable evidence includes:

- **COVID-19 digital certificate or ATAGI exemption certificate **(available via your **myGov** account)**
- **Your immunisation history statement (available via your **myGov** account)**

Other documentation outside the above will not be accepted as evidence of having received your COVID-19 vaccine doses.
