This is an exciting career-building opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development consultant who wants to really make an impact on developing and delivering some exciting HR Projects and initiatives.

**The Role**
As the Learning and Content Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Capability, you will work closely with the P&C team to identify learning needs, develop engaging content, and evaluate program effectiveness. You will be self-motivated and an extremely well-organised individual who has an appetite for continuous learning and development and enjoys building relationships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Development and delivery of integral projects (employee engagement, leadership capability and induction programs) which will empower the leadership team and broader business;
- Effective project management to ensure best practice, compliance and alignment with business priorities;
- Assisting in the preparation of business proposals for any new initiatives or projects;
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to identify learning needs, design, implement and facilitate engaging content and evaluate program effectiveness;
- Contribute and support the broader team on various tasks and projects which support the overall people strategy;
- Produce reporting on key L&D metrics, while also monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements;
- Sharing your expertise with others to ensure that employees are operating at their highest level.

**Skills and Experience**
You will be a people person, with strong organisational skills and have experience working in a similar role delivering on end to end projects.

To be successful for this role, you will have:

- A strong L&D background with knowledge of Learning and Development principles, practices and frameworks;
- Demonstrated strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation;
- Experience with e-learning platforms including design and development practices;
- A track record of working on projects including partnering with leaders to deliver agreed outcomes on time and adapting to changing priorities;
- Someone who is excited about variety and diversity, is a team player and thrives in a collaborative environment;
- Experience facilitating training sessions, in-person and online;
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal;
- Relevant Tertiary qualification.
