Due to a period of continued global growth, this leading provider of investment services is looking for a Learning and Development Consultant to join their growing L&D team on a Part Time (4 Days) or Full Time on a 6 month contract. As the L&D Consultant you will be responsible for planning, designing and implementing learning and development programs and L&D initiatives across the wider business. This role will be supporting the growing L&D team with upcoming L&D agendas.

You will be utilising new and existing technology and E-Learning tools to bring the programs you create to life and facilitate across the business.

This role will play a key part in ensuring success across a number of upcoming projects such as working on the new performance management framework and creating learning pathways & a new annual incentive program.
