**The opportunity**
Within this role you will deliver the right L&D solutions to the right audience, at the right time. You will help to uplift the capability and performance of our employees and to embed a learning mindset as a true organisation wide capability.
Success in this role will see you utilise your innate ability to engage and partner with your internal stakeholders. UniSuper are continuing to build on our culture of open and honest communication. You will have the self-awareness of when to flex this and dial up/down depending on the audience.
You will also continually engage with and build relationships with external vendors in order to design and deliver programs and work effectively in an environment of change.
**About you**
Your exceptional engagement skills will see you work closely with key stakeholders to deliver the most effective and relevant L&D interventions (online and face-to-face). You will also ensure business initiatives are met and provide project support.
To be successful in achieving these goals your experience will include:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilitation **and **instructional design (f2f, virtual and digital). This person will be able to flex across both areas easily and effectively when required
- Extensive instructional design experience will focus on skills-based competencies

- Proven experience managing the full learning lifecycle from training needs analysis, course development, implementation & delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement
- Exceptional internal and external consulting skills, at all levels, as you will provide L&D support for enterprise-wide projects.
- Demonstrated experience creating digital resources such as online modules and videos as well as experience with online platforms such as Articulate Rise, Vyond, Oracle, Sharepoint and Yammer
