We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Administrator to oversee and coordinate the administrative and procedural aspects of our residential and commercial concrete construction projects. This role plays a key part in supporting project planning, timeline coordination, documentation management, and stakeholder communication to ensure the successful delivery of each project.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to project managers and internal teams, ensuring smooth project operations.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance documentation and safety paperwork.
- Maintain accurate project records, including job files, variations, and approvals.
- Organize and document project meetings, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
- Assist in the preparation, submission, and tracking of safety documents, permits, and compliance records in line with regulatory requirements.
- l Monitor project workflows, timelines, and deliverables; identify and report potential delays or issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with managing supplier documentation, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and progress claims.
- Support the tracking of project expenditures, assist with invoicing, and help maintain financial records for reporting purposes.
- Assist with compiling handover documents, archiving project files, and supporting post-project reviews and reporting.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Diploma or higher qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project administration or coordination
- Proven ability to interpret and follow project schedules, plans, and compliance documentation
- Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels
