**About the role**
My client is seeking a talented and pro-active Administration Officer to provide quality support to the team. This role will sit in an important area of the organisation, working with a number of interesting and intelligent people. You will be well-communicated, enjoy developing positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and have a pro-active approach to work.

**You must be available to interview and work immediately.**

**Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of a wide range of tasks to support the team, which include but are not limited to;
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
- Manage all requests from stakeholders in the business
- Coordinate and monitor activities and tasks throughout the business in differing locations
- Manage and coordinate supplier, trade and services requests
- Updating and maintaining internal databases
- Assisting the finance team with any administrative needs
- Complete work orders
- Supporting the team with any ad hoc duties as required

**Skills / Experience**
- Computer literate to intermediate level including (MS office suite & internet)
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
- Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
- Discretion in relation to confidential information
- Good written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement
