Customer Service Representative

**About The Role**:
Join our successful and tight-knit team in our Silverwater branch as a Customer Service Representative.

You will be working closely with both our Sales and Operations teams, to ensure customers have a positive experience with InfraBuild Steel Centre.

This is a Monday to Friday role with some paid overtime as required. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing customer service/sales experience.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Building and maintaining customer relationships
- Maintain stock levels
- Processing cash sales, quotes, and orders
- Merchandising
- Receipt of stock and checking invoices
- Maximising sales opportunities
- General administration duties

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Retail customer service/sales and administration experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and the ability to establish strong rapport
- Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded.
- A high level of communication skills and the ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders
