**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Crossing both digital marketing strategy, execution and analysis as well as client liaison, this role is varied and stimulating. It offers the opportunity to learn and advance in your career growth.

In the Account Executive role you will be liaising with clients and working alongside our Production, Copy, Design, and Development teams where you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the orderly flow and time management of projects from the kickoff to completion.

In the Digital Marketing role you will be required to understand customer requirements and plan effective digital strategies, creating Google, Facebook, Instagram and Linked in ad campaigns to meet client objectives. A sound foundation in SEO concepts and strategies to drive traffic is desired along with the ability to analyse and optimise campaigns to deliver better outcomes for our clients.

As a team player, you will be required to work alongside other members to creatively identify growth opportunities for clients. Additionally, your assistance will be required for our own company marketing initiatives. Here your creative input will be valued as you work with our Marketing team to develop and deploy outbound and inbound marketing campaigns.

Excellent rapport-building skills plus a genuine desire to assist clients in the achievement of their goals is the key to success in this job. This role will fit someone who loves developing innovative ideas to meet clients’ challenges. You will also gain experience using various marketing tools and functions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Managing workflow through the production team
- Liaising with in-house and freelance design and development staff
- Working with online production management software
- Active client engagement to create new opportunities
- Work closely with all internal stakeholders (digital marketing, finance, and design service departments) and ensure all opportunities are leveraged to maximum effect in a team marketing sales environment
- Follow the prescribed methodologies, protocols, and priorities in relation to Spark Interact’s client engagement KPIs
- Manage competing priorities
- Available to work at the Spark Surry Hills office from Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- A relevant degree from an Australian Institution or equivalent is required.
