**About the role**:
You will be joining Ampol in a journey of growth and transformation as we build, scale and digitalize our card platform.

Based in Alexandria, with available car parking and transport options, this is a Hybrid role with work from home flexibility and please note there will be an On Call roster for this role.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage batch scheduling tool along with scheduling of jobs and its dependencies.
- Perform functional escalation to next level of support if it requires level 3 expertise
- Assistance with annual DR activities and testing and document learnings
- Build and develop effective working relationships with business and customers to ensure business requirements are understood

**About you**:
**Key skills and experience**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or extensive experience in a similar position
- Demonstrated experience in design, implementation, measurement and tracking of operational key performance indicators
- Strong technical and troubleshooting experience in multi-server, multi-environment setup
