**About the role**:
You’ll have exposure to a wide range of technical areas within the organisation, including systems administration, network infrastructure, cyber security, database management and cloud computing.

**Key Deliverables**:
Business/Technical Analysis:

- Determine business requirements and provide business process input to propose solutions in consultation with business stakeholders, other IT groups and external parties.
- Proactively identify enhancement opportunities both in terms of system functionality and business process design.
- Communicate with the business users to analyse the business requirements or issues encountered
- Assess requests and challenge constructively to derive underlying needs
- Conveying technical concepts and problems successfully to non-technical stakeholders.

Application Support:

- Share on-call support responsibilities
- Analysis of complex technical issues, identifying root causes, developing innovative solutions to resolve issues effectively.
- Troubleshooting hardware, software and network problems.
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including system details and document management processes.
- Support the Application Release Pipeline

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with SQL, PowerBI, and Excel
- General IT Process Experience - Development, Operational, Change Management
- An understanding of integration patterns and technology, API’s.
- An understanding of Security best practice - maintenance, patching
- Excellent communication skills, across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to anticipate, identify and address issues and potential problems and select the most effective solutions from a range of options
- Proven analytical, problem solving and coordination skills
