**Sales Operations Analyst-ANZ**

**The Role**:
**The Sales Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role, working directly with the commercial organization, partnering with Supply Chain, Finance and local Sales and Marketing functions. He/She will be driving the entire forecasting and its related process. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all product forecasts, by sku/multi-channel customers and territory driving the joint value collaboration with the various stakeholders and being in charge of the daily operational execution.**

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Forecast operation & alignment, with deep focus on Sales forecast and outlook management**
- ** Inventory management and distribution by geography**
- ** Forecast and product assignment, by each customer and segment/territory**
- ** Analyze and understand sales forecasting needs and engage further with Supply chain and other functions internally and externally to improve forecast accuracy.**
- ** Jointly work with the distribution and Supply chain managers, to ensure the right level of inventory is always brought and maintained within the channels**
- ** Support sales & marketing teams in daily routine tasks, as they arise**
- ** Prepare and monitor budgets assigned, especially the Quarterly cycles.**
- ** Comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets**
- ** Helping during the Quarterly budgeting exercise and owning sales ops related tasks**
- ** Ad hoc tasks, as assigned by Regional Finance or Cluster managers**

**Key Qualifications**:
**For consideration, you must bring the following **minimum **skills and behaviors to our team**:

- ** Bachelor degree in Business administration or finance and 5+ years related industry experience**
- ** Oracle ERP systems and Tableau**
- ** Demonstrated people/team management skills with good communication, both spoken and written and an adherence to deadlines**
- ** Good software skills, with Proficiency in advanced MS Office and G suite**

**The Key Success Factor**:
**The Sales Operations Analyst will report into the cluster Business Finance Manager, with a larger ownership towards the cluster managing director and the Heads of Consumer and B2B. He/she must have a strong will and a customer service approach. It is key to building strong collaborative partnerships with major key stakeholders. Always seeking for improvement opportunities, bringing an effective and simple way to the business. Proactively identify business challenges, developing solutions and execute, and practice data driven decision making processes. You will be focusing on customer-centricity with a big focus on accuracy**

**Tactically develop and deploy customer centric models, with an eye on simplification of process and drive continuous improvement of key forecasting metrics - like proper shipments in just time, proper inventory timing and sales cycle time.**

**Education**:

- ** Bachelor's level Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply chain or similar discipline**
