**_ We are seeking an Allocation Analyst who is responsible for all product newness and replenishment allocation activities associated with Coach Australia & New Zealand retail & outlet business channels_**_._

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop allocation strategy to ensure the right product arrives at the right stores at the right time.
- Create & support allocation and inventory strategy based on sales analysis and financial projection.
- Allocation execution for all regions’ stores to meet or exceed sales, comp gross margin, turn/W-O-H, and inventory goals.
- Cross-functional partnership and decision making to prioritize stores/products with on-time delivery for monthly newness launch, marketing events and new store openings.
- Communicate Allocation plan, delivery status and inventory related strategies directly with stores & other cross-functional partners especially retail management and Visual Merchandising.
- Maintaining and managing master data accuracy of pricing and SKU attributes.
- Collaborate with Merchandise Planner to optimise channel performance.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in retail business. Merchandise Allocation / Planning experience is preferred.
- Experience with interpreting and analysing large amount of data.
- Ability to perform well under pressure with multiple deadlines.
- Experience in merchandising/planning systems and SAP a plus.
- Proven track record of buying/merchandising/allocation success for multinational brand/company.
