Job Description: Klara Cosmetics, a renowned beauty and skincare brand, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager at Klara Cosmetics, you will be responsible for driving marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns from inception to execution, and managing a team to ensure the successful promotion of our products.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive product sales, and meet business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth in the cosmetics and skincare industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and influencer marketing.
- Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content, including product descriptions, social media posts, website content, and advertising materials.
- Utilize analytics and market insights to measure campaign effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage advertising budgets, monitor spending, and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners, influencers, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and generate positive PR opportunities.
- Lead and inspire a marketing team, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in cosmetics and skincare, and marketing best practices to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in marketing roles within the cosmetics and skincare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and beauty trends.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to delegate tasks effectively and foster collaboration.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Proficiency in utilizing various marketing channels and tools, including digital marketing, social media, and influencer collaborations.
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Additional certifications or coursework in marketing is a plus.

**Salary**: $72,464.54 - $145,350.95 per year
