As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be an essential member of our leadership team, responsible for developing and executing robust sales and marketing strategies to drive our ambitious growth objectives. We seek a motivated, visionary leader who is passionate about expanding our market presence and strengthening our relationships with customers and partners across retail and educational sectors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Strategic Development & Execution: Create and implement growth-focused strategies that increase sales and expand market reach.
- Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the toy and educational products industry.
- Brand Development: Enhance brand identity and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Customer Engagement: Foster lasting relationships with clients, including retailers, schools, and distributors.
- Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor KPIs, providing reports to guide strategic decision-making.
Pay: $73,500.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
