Product managers are responsible for making sure the product delivers value to customers while meeting business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting the product vision and strategy based on market research and customer feedback.
- Prioritizing features and creating a product roadmap to align development with business goals.
- Acting as the connection between business, technology, and user experience teams to make trade-offs and balance competing needs.
- Working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring the product to market and ensure successful delivery.
- Gathering and analyzing customer feedback and market data to iterate and improve the product over time.
- Defining what success looks like and monitoring product performance.
