Due to continued growth, we are looking for a **Project Coordinator** to join our **Williamstown North office** on a **full-time basis**.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Maintain an integral role in managing and delivering projects in accordance with contractual obligations and company policies and procedures.
- Build strong and ongoing working relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and delegate tasks to junior team members to assist in project outcomes.
- Ensure all design is in accordance with specifications, client requirements, contracts, regulations, and authority requirements.
- Prepare detailed scopes of works for each trade package including relevant specifications for the works and timeframes.
- Assist in managing site personnel to ensure all documentation, scopes of work, schedules and processes are in order.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge or experience as a Project Coordinator/ Contract Administrator in either - commercial and/or the industrial sector.
- Solid understanding of project management within the construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Effective negotiation skills and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Williamstown VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
