**Job Title**: E-Commerce All-Rounder
**Location**: Melbourne’s West (working across two locations)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm)
**Reports To**: Operations Manager

**About the Role**:
We are a multi-department lifestyle business offering a constantly evolving range of homewares, gifts, fashion, pantry goods, and more. We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on **E-Commerce All-Rounder** to take ownership of our online presence and digital content production. This full-time role involves working across **two locations in Melbourne’s west**, supporting product listings, photography, social media content, and eCommerce operations in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

**Your Core Responsibilities**:
**Shopify Product Listings**
- Upload and manage products on Shopify with clear, SEO-optimised titles and descriptions
- Organise products into collections with accurate tagging and pricing
- Monitor stock levels, metadata, and image alt-text to improve discoverability
- Regularly audit listings for quality and consistency

**Product Photography & Styling**
- Style and shoot products across both locations for web, social media, and marketing use
- Maintain a consistent aesthetic and brand-aligned presentation
- Edit and upload clean, web-ready imagery

**Content Creation & Social Media**
- Produce engaging short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks) featuring products and behind-the-scenes footage
- Support social content planning with fresh ideas and creative execution
- Align content with seasonal campaigns and new product arrivals

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Prepare weekly reports tracking engagement, follower growth, and post performance
- Share insights and content suggestions based on data trends
- Identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness

**Team Collaboration**
- Work with warehouse, retail, and digital teams to coordinate content and product flow
- Assist with organising and photographing new stock at both locations
- Provide general cross-team support where required to meet business needs

**What You Will Need**:

- Proven experience with **Shopify** product listings and backend management
- Confidence using **Instagram Reels, TikTok**, or similar video platforms
- A strong creative eye and experience in photography and visual content creation
- **Physically fit** - capable of lifting, moving stock, and being on your feet throughout the day
- **Superior attention to detail** in product info, photography, and stock handling
- Comfortable working across **multiple sites** and independently managing your schedule
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar tools (advantageous)
- Valid Drivers License and Vehicle
