About the role
Fixed term temporary full time and part time opportunity to provide high level confidential and professional project administrative services to the Readiness Team. The position will manage, organise, coordinate, and support the daily office functions and set priorities to achieve a high level of performance in the demanding project environment.
About you
- Provide secretariat services including organising meetings, workshops, agendas, minutes and tracking of actions as required.
- Examine incoming correspondence, prioritising and taking appropriate action including coordinating timely responses in consultation with the Assistant Directors.
- Develop a positive culture within the Readiness Team which encourages high performance, builds leadership capabilities, and supports staff to maximise their health and wellbeing.
