Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Brisbane for an
Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator
within Venture Project Marketing.
The successful candidate will work closely with the company directors and broader leadership team across multiple property and marketing businesses. This unique EA role goes beyond traditional administration — offering exposure to all facets of
project marketing, residential real estate, and property development
.
You will assist in coordinating project campaigns, managing client integration, and ensuring seamless execution across marketing and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Directors
- Assist with contract administration, documentation, and compliance tracking
- Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and communication between developers, consultants, and internal teams
- Support marketing and sales campaigns, proposal preparation, and content coordination
- Manage diaries, meetings, and workflow systems across multiple entities
- Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to operational efficiency, business systems, and reporting
- Provide general EA support including correspondence, database management, and follow-up actions
