**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for acquisition and growth of channel partners across the AU region to achieve revenue and profit targets.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships within multiple layers of the channel partner organisation.
- Support channel partners in all aspects of end customer sales cycle, from prospecting to opportunity management, and transaction.
- Utilise existing relationships within channel and distribution partners to leverage new business opportunities.
- Have an understanding of the vendors and resellers transaction models.
- Ensure activity and channel development performance is recorded and reported to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
- 3+ years of relevant experience (channel background), ideally in the tech industry.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strategy development, business planning and presentation skills
- Strong communication skills and team spirit.
- Lead by example, reputation for results and wins through and with others.
- High energy with the capability to multi-task in a dynamic organization.
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Works well in a highly principled and ethical global environment.
