**About the Role**

The NAB Foundation is delivers philanthropic support to create positive social and environmental impact in Australia.

In a changing climate, with increasing frequency and severity of natural disasters, the Foundation is focused on initiatives helping Australian communities to build resilience.

In this role you will manage the NAB Foundation’s giving and investment strategies, in support of the NAB Trustee and with strategic guidance from NAB Executive sponsors.

**What you'll be doing**
- Design of philanthropic grants to ensure delivery of desired environmental and social outcomes.
- Management of NAB Foundation external trustee engagement with NAB, to ensure legal and financial obligations are met.
- Management of NAB Foundation finances & investment strategy, in support of the Trustee
- Management of stakeholder engagement with NAB Foundation activities, with a particular focus on colleague volunteering and giving.

**What you'll bring**
- Business Acumen with a particular focus on financial and legal acumen,
- Process and systems thinking, to ensure effective delivery of NAB Foundation assets.
- Internal and external reporting capability.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and respond to feedback provided in an oversight capacity.
- Ability to work in a team and positively support peers through sound financial decision-making.
- Leadership.
- Previous leadership experience in a similar role
- Experience in leading complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
