**In this role, you will**
- Develop and implement governance programs to support growing consumer engagement programs and build strategic opportunities to improve and expand customer focus.
- Support delivery of impact strategies to support vulnerable customers across financial inclusion (NILs), accessibility, and Group Sustainability Priorities (Housing, First Nations, Climate/Disaster Impacts).
- Develop uplift and implementation of governance process, including industry frameworks, to support voluntary ESG commitments relating to customers (including accessibility and customers experiencing vulnerability)
- Own and manage key internal and external stakeholder programs, including Consumer Forum, and relationships
- Identify strategic opportunities, provide expert advice and coordinate program activities arising from Accessibility Action Plan
- Identify and develop key advocacy opportunities to build NAB’s reputation and relationships with customers.
- Provide leadership and direction to Senior Associate Consumer Affairs (Engagement).
- Design and deliver effective measurement programs to assess program success and drive improvements.
- Liaise with other Corporate Affairs functions such as Communications on key programs to maximise strategic outcomes.
- Liaise with NAB Foundation to ensure appropriate leveraging of NAB’s philanthropic capabilities.

**What you’ll bring**
- Proven experience in relevant roles
- Community engagement and project management
- Lived experience relevant to role preferred
- Coordinating complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Driving reputation-building projects preferred
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Commerce/Business/Sustainability management) preferred.
- Customer centricity, commercial acumen, stakeholder and project management, creative and clear communication.
