Exciting opportunity for a **Manager, Third-Party Information Management** who is responsible for protecting NAB’s customer and business data by ensuring NAB’s third-party suppliers comply with NAB information policies to join Enterprise Data & Analytics team, within Technology and Enterprise Operations

As a **Manager, Third-Party Information Management**, for Data & Analytics team, you will
- Ensure NAB personal customer and business data is protected by ensuring third-party suppliers comply with NAB information policies including retention and purging. The position holder will ensure third-parties only retain NAB information for its intended use and duration per legislation.
- Create an information register of data sent to and received from third parties to understand NAB’s risk exposure.
- Implement policy for NAB information persisted at third parties, introduce proactive controls (e.g., through contract mechanisms, destruction certificates), and reactive controls (e.g., ongoing compliance/assurance monitoring).
- Work with relevant third-party relationship managers to address compliance gaps through effective remediation action.
- Provide Board and Executive level reporting as required.

**What you will bring**:

- Extensive 7+ years’ experience in risk management acquired in a first and/or second line function.
- Experience deploying and embedding new enterprise-wide governance framework incorporating standards, policy, controls, processes, education and support tools, technology to reduce the risk profile of the enterprise by minimising exposure.
- Engage and influence multiple stakeholder groups of varying levels of seniority.
- Experience in advising/ consulting on risk standards, processes, remediation.
- Work independently, collaboratively, and with purpose, across the enterprise.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders.
