**The role**:
The Manager Delivery and Change will be responsible for the implementation of all change within the Legal Services team. This will include communicating changes within Legal Services and to all relevant key stakeholders, providing operational training, presentations, coaching and support to Legal Services colleagues for all changes, as well as ongoing review and reporting across change strategy and goals, including identification of issues and risks.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Identify opportunities and create the strategy for the Delivery and Change team, to help meet the Legal Services strategy and goals.
- Prepare a Delivery and Change team quarterly and annual plan, in conjunction with the Legal Services leaders, identifying and agreeing the key priorities.
- Utilise data and trend analysis to help measure long-term market trends, for use in making financial and resource decisions.
- Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy, compliance and legislation requirements; perform controls; adhere to process and procedures; and escalate events issues or breaches as they are identified.

**What you will bring**:

- Demonstrated capability for designing changes in core processes and facilitating employee adoption of all changes.
- Preparing plans for delivery, analysing data and confirming objectives are met.
- Demonstrated experience with end-to-end Project Management, including planning, scoping, budgeting, scheduling and tracking project plans.
- Demonstrated experience guiding, monitoring, and leading teams. i.e. coaching, developing team's strengths and opportunities, identification and evaluation of team goals and management of conflict.
- Strong consultant and stakeholder engagement skills to resolve complex issues, maximise growth and improve overall business performance.
- Experience with information management systems, workflow tools and process documentation standards and tools used in Legal Services include: Neota, Sharepoint, Teams and Power BI.
