**In this Associate Director,**Consumer Affairs** role, you will**
- Develop community engagement strategies and deliver partnership programs to support customers in need, which align with Group Sustainability Priorities
- Support Head of Consumer Affairs to deliver Affordable Housing Impact Strategy, Affordable Housing Council Secretariat and Executive stakeholder engagement to drive housing solutions for customers.
- Develop and implement community engagement programs to support NAB’s customer-centric culture.
- Identify and develop key partnership opportunities to build NAB’s reputation and relationships with customers.
- Own and manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships to deliver programs.
- Informal leadership of team members to enable colleagues to engage with customer/community engagement activities.
- Design and deliver effective measurement programs to assess program success and drive improvements.
- Liaise with Communications and Government and Public Policy teams on key programs to maximise strategic reputation outcomes.
- Liaise with NAB Foundation on appropriate philanthropic opportunities.

**What you’ll bring**
- At least 5-7 years’ experience in relevant roles.
- Community programs and partnership management preferred.
- Coordinating complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Driving reputation-building projects preferred
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Commerce/Business/Sustainability management) preferred.
- Customer centricity, commercial acumen, stakeholder and project management, creative and clear communication.
