Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Drive the change management plan for NAB Customer Voices
  • Ensure change activities across workstreams (Inner Loops, Outer Loops, Platforms and Insights) are coordinated in what, when and how they deliver
  • Ensure relevant stakeholders (across the program, leadership and organisation) are ready, willing and able to deliver NAB Customer Voices
  • Identify change risks, issues and interdependencies across workstreams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure they are appropriately managed and mitigated

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

  • Proven track record delivering large scale change programs
  • Stakeholder management and ability to influence outcomes
  • Demonstrated customer 'obsession'
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills including the ability to shape our communications and engagement strategy
  • Flexible and adaptable
