**The opportunity**

**Your new role**
- Experienced delivering exceptional customer service.
- Continue to learn and grow your knowledge through an ever-changing variety of situations and challenges
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by guiding and supporting them through their recovery
- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Managed end to end claims with the help of your leaders

**About you**
- Insurance claims or allied health experienced highly advantageous
- Be customer focused and genuinely care about people
- Be resilient and not easily overwhelmed (sometimes it can be tough assisting people through a vulnerable time in their life)
- The confidence to make decisions and be empowered
- Be able to actively listen to people and guide people through the claims process in a natural and emphatic manner on the phone
- Strong computer skills and the ability to pick up new computer systems
