Are you detail-oriented and passionate about asset management? BGIS is seeking an **Asset Coordinator **to join our team in Williamtown, NSW, on a fixed-term contract ending **30 April 2025 **. **About the Role**

As an **Asset Coordinator **, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate asset records and supporting the management of facilities. Your key duties will include:

- Conducting physical inspections of assets across the site and updating records in the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Creating records for undocumented assets and disposing of records for assets no longer in use.
- Verifying and resolving discrepancies between recorded and physical assets.
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to maintain data accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.

**About You**
- **Australian Citizenship **(due to security requirements).
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- The ability to work independently and manage tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in Facilities or Asset Management.
