**About the Role**

BGIS is seeking a **Project Support Coordinator**to join our dynamic team in Williamtown, NSW. This role provides essential administrative and coordination support to our project management team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects in a high-security environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative and coordination support to project managers and teams.
- Assist with project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Manage communication with stakeholders and coordinate project schedules.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to support project tracking.
- Support procurement activities, including purchase orders and invoice processing.
- Ensure adherence to security and safety requirements within project operations.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a project support, administration, or coordination role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Australian Citizenship (mandatory) - due to security clearance requirements.
