**What You’ll Do**
- This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- Managing, validating, and updating asset register data in accordance with Defence requirements.- Ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and synchronisation of asset data with Defence systems (e.g., GEMS).- Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to verify and integrate asset data for estate works, maintenance, and project delivery.- Providing asset data advice and support to project teams and subcontractors.- Supporting continuous improvement in asset data management processes and tools.

**What You’ll Bring**- Certificate III/IV in Business or Data Management.- Asset Management System Training Certification (desirable).- Qualifications or experience in Engineering, Maintenance, or Financial Data Management.- White Card and site access credentials (desirable).- Demonstrated experience in asset data maintenance, administration, or database management.
