**About the Company**:
Our client is a leading government organization that work for the wellbeing of Australians.

Their office is based in Melbourne & Geelong.

**About the role**:
The ICT Service Portfolio Officer will report to the Director of Portfolio Services.

He/She will have experience in assisting with designing, developing and building the Service Portfolio, catalogues, frameworks, and documentation.

This is a 2 year contract.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the Service Portfolio content repository
- Maintaining the Service Portfolio, catalogues, framework, and documentation
- Ensuring new services run through a set of standardised activities and procedures
- Ensuring services are within agreed SLAs and fulfilling business offerings
- Ensuring compliance of SAM policies, procedures and processes
- Building relatiionships with internal & external stakeholders

**Skills and experience**:

- Have previous expereince with ICT Service Portfolio or Software Asset Management
- Meet set deadlines and targets
- Proven strong relationship and stakeholder engagement skills with both, technical and non-technical staff
- Display a positive contemporary attitude to people with disabilities
- Previous Government experience will be highly regarded
