We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant/ Secretary for a permanent opportunity.

**Your new role**

In this role, you will provide support to all arms of the business as well as the managers. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential information.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional communication and multitasking skills, and have strong attention to detail.

Additionally, you will:

- Provide high level diary management across time zones
- Book travel and accommodation
- Book meetings
- Minute taking
- Arranging catering and events
- Be the first point of contact for a range of stakeholders

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this position you will have:

- Proven experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant, or a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
