**Your new company**

This firm, located in Canberra CBD, has been in the Canberra market for over 35 years. They are looking for an experienced legal personal assistant to support a senior associate. You will be joining this dynamic and friendly team; you will be responsible for providing legal, administrative and secretarial support.

**Your new role**

You will primarily be working with a senior associate within the Personal Injury Team.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

- Prepare, edit, and format legal documents, including briefs, letters, reports, and presentations
- Managing files through multiple systems, both electronically and paper based
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls
- Arrange travel bookings, visas, and itineraries
- Liaise with clients, courts, and other stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience working as a personal assistant, executive assistant in the legal industry.
- Advanced technical skills and typing skills, including experience using Microsoft Suite, and Legal packages.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage your own priorities and work independently.
- Be motivated, take initiative, and have a positive 'can do' attitude.
