Boutique's client is a leading high growth Private Equity firm, this award-winning organisation requires a meticulous Personal Assistant to support the team
**The Role**:
The primary areas of responsibility for the PA role are outlined below. However, please be aware that this list is not exhaustive and may change based on current priorities.

**Administrative Assistance**:
- Effectively manage complex diaries and conflicting priorities for the Director level proactively and independently.
- Arrange schedules for new deal, investor, and portfolio company meetings, including room bookings, AV equipment, and catering as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate follow-ups on various matters.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transfers, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Handle monthly expense reconciliation for each team member using Concur.
- Provide IT and systems troubleshooting and support, whether in the office or remotely.
- Offer general administration problem-solving assistance to the team.
- Assist with printing and binding documentation when required.
**Office Administration**:
- Manage incoming calls and redirect them as necessary through the main phone number.
- Monitor the 'enquiries' mailbox and handle messages accordingly
- Ensure the front office and meeting rooms are consistently well-presented by maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and a clutter-free environment. Additionally, ensure that mini fridges are always fully stocked.
- Assist in booking catering services when needed
- Take responsibility for ordering office supplies
- Keep the office kitchen clean and well-maintained, ensuring that all supplies and consumables are adequately stocked.
- Handle incoming mail, including Post Box and Couriers
- Organize company social events and gatherings as required.
- Provide support to the team with the CRM system when needed.
- Act as the liaison between building management
**The person**:
- 5 years’ experience as a team assistant/personal assistant within finance/professional services
- Ability to work autonomously, in a high paced environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to prioritise proactively.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, Concur would be an advantage
