Customer Lead - Plumbing

We’re searching for an experienced Project Manager to support us in delivering a key program of work.

**About the Role**

Our marketing team is the voice of our customer at Reece We work hard to understand our customers, and we use that understanding to drive decision making and to create customer centric solutions that meet the current and emerging needs of our customers. This is a fantastic opportunity with responsibility for all of our customer marketing activities; you’ll be inspiring our customers with engaging communications in and customer experiences. Other duties include:

- Project management of our key business initiatives impacting our customers, from idea generation through to research, development and launch
- Communication management; with responsibility for our customer calendar, across all marketing touchpoints
- Drive media efficiency and effectiveness, continuously improving our ROI
- Agency management including creative, media and insights partners
- Partnerships and sponsorship management including industry bodies and associations
- Reporting and budget management

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience leading brand strategy, with an ability to align brand strategy with business strategy
- Experience driving commercial outcomes through customer activity
- Storytelling skills; bring data together from different sources to create insights and connection
- Ability to create engaging content and share ideas in an impactful way, and develop multi-channel campaigns to drive prospects and customer acquisition.
- Ability to foster and develop strong relationships with key Operations & Merchandising stakeholders.
