We are now looking for an experienced Customer Partner to join us on our journey to be the trades most valued partner.

**About the Role**

Our marketing team is the voice of our customer at Reece We strive to understand our customers better than anyone else and use this understanding to drive decision making, using strategic thinking to create customer centric solutions that meet the current and emerging needs of our customers. For nearly two decades marketing has driven growth and innovation at Reece, helping us to create new products, enter new markets and establish new brands to drive growth and innovation in a changing world.

As Customer Partner you’ll be focused on the attraction, retention and growth of our customer base across our core and adjacent markets, by creating the most valuable, innovative and differentiated customer experiences. Using deep customer insights, this role will see you implementing brand, customer experience and growth strategies for our consumer and builder customers.

- Manage the customer calendar, across all marketing touchpoints
- Content creation across all channels
- Partnerships and sponsorship management
- Instore experience including point of sale for campaigns and services
- Reporting and budget management
- Agency management, including creative, media and insight partners

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have demonstrated project management experience, from briefing through to execution and delivery
- Have an understanding of business strategy, and an ability to implement brand strategy
- Be able to use and understand business data and insights to drive decision making
- Be experienced building relationships and driving commercial outcomes through customer activity
- Experience tracking and measuring performance, budgets and competitive set
- Focus on continuous improvements and better ways of working, with an innovator’s mindset.
