Reece Irrigation & Pools provides pool, landscape and irrigation supplies to irrigation, landscape and pool trade professionals, Australia-wide. From residential builds to large-scale commercial spaces, our range of industry-leading brands, products and services helps trade professionals grow their business and get their to-do, done. Reece Irrigation & Pools works closely with Reece's other pool businesses, InterQuad and Dontek.
With over 40 branches across Australia Reece Irrigation & Pools is part of a broader Reece network of 600+ branches across Plumbing and other categories, Australia wide.
Now, we’re looking for an experienced **Customer Marketing Lead**, **Irrigation & Pools**, to help shape the future of our customer experience and deliver outstanding value to our customers.
**About the Role**
Reporting to the Customer Marketing Leader, you will drive the overall direction for brand, customer experience, and growth based on deep customer insights and market understanding. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop, enhance, and manage Reece’s customer experience, brand, and growth strategies. Furthermore, you will drive transformation and inspire positive culture change across the organisation.
**What You’ll Do**
- **Customer Marketing Strategy Development**: Create and evolve the overarching Reece customer strategy, including segment strategies.
- **Project Management**: Identify and deliver key projects to enhance customer outcomes and experiences.
- **Content Creation**: Develop digital assets and experiences to differentiate the customer experience.
- **Insight Generation and Analysis**: Establish a comprehensive understanding of customer insights, data, segmentation, and growth opportunities.
- **Leadership**: Provide forward-thinking leadership to implement organisational strategy and priorities.
- **Culture Change**: Foster a strong culture founded on our values, supporting agile and flexible team delivery.
- **Talent Development**: Deliver clear succession planning and career development for key roles, creating a high-performance culture.
- **Brand Custodianship**: Represent the company and its values, aligning brand, customer experience, and marketing strategies to drive growth.
**About You**
You’re a strategic thinker and a relationship builder, passionate about leveraging customer insights to achieve business goals. You have strong technical expertise, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven experience in customer experience, brand management, and growth strategies.
- Strong technical understanding of customer insights and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in project management and delivering outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
