We’re searching for an experienced Inclusion and Engagement Lead to join us on our journey to be the trades most valued partner.

We’d love to hear from you if this sounds like you
- Demonstrated experience in HR including organisation development or DEI focused roles, with an understanding and genuine interest in inclusion and engagement strategies
- Outstanding relationship building and presentation skills - someone who can build great relationships internally within Reece and external with partners, and who can facilitate workshops and sessions with our leaders
- Collaborative leadership, able to engage internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes
- Experience using data, benchmarks and insights to guide initiatives.
