As our E-Commerce Lead, you'll be at the heart of our digital engine — owning the online customer journey, leading strategy, and driving revenue across our multi-brand platform. You'll collaborate with a passionate team of marketers, merchandisers, and digital experts to elevate our e-commerce game to the next level.
- What You'll Do:

- Own and execute end-to-end e-commerce strategy to smash growth targets.
- Optimize our websites for speed, style, and seamless shopping.
- Partner with merch & buying teams to ensure product data is flawless and enticing.
- Dive into data to discover trends, uncover opportunities, and boost performance.
- Champion the customer experience — from homepage to checkout.
- Work cross-functionally with logistics, IT, and customer service to keep everything running like clockwork.
- Stay ahead of the curve on e-commerce innovation — and bring fresh, bold ideas to the table.
- What You Bring:

- 5+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Expertise in analytics (GA4, Adobe Analytics) and turning insights into action.
- A proven track record in delivering growth-driving digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
- A passion for innovation, consumer connection, and brand excellence.
