**About the Opportunity**
You will lead our service desk, supporting users across our branch network, and tech bar teams, ensuring all things tech are running smoothly at our support centre in Cremorne (our Head Office). This is a key role in our technology operations team, who provide exceptional IT support to our staff across 650+ retail branches, support centres and warehouses.
We want someone who is passionate about exceeding customer expectations and inspiring excellence, to lead and grow our team, and drive continuous improvements with a strong focus on AI automation and innovation.
**About You**
Experience leading a team in a service desk/technical support environment is a must - ideally for a large organisation. You thrive in a fast paced environment and have experience managing high volume workflows. You’ll have knowledge of enterprise software tools and environments such as Office 365, Active Directory and collaboration tools. Any experience implementing or working with AI and automation technologies in a support environment will be highly regarded. You value the important of team work and are passionate about providing the highest level of customer service for our teams.
