As a Claims Settlement & Quantum Assessor, you'll apply your deep technical knowledge of motor damage and repair costs to evaluate inbound demands, assess settlement quantum, and negotiate fair outcomes. You'll no longer be tied to the road or workshop environment — instead, you'll work in a knowledge-driven role where judgment, accuracy, and professional insight take centre stage.

About The Role

About You

  • Experience in Motor Assessing is essential - minimum 2 years experience required
  • Knowledge of assessing and estimating programs from the motor insurance industry
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution processes
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and resolution skills
