Right at Home Brisbane, is looking a Team Leader to join our amazing team.

As our team leader, you’ll be responsible for guiding our team of coordinators, managing a small pool of clients, engaging with participant families and liaising with senior management.

About the role
- Work with and assist a team of coordinators.
- Establish and maintain client relationships.
- Provide support and direction to other staff members.
- Manage services for a pool of clients.
- Engage with complex needs clients.
- Liaise with senior staff.
- Introducing support staff to clients
- Company car and phone provided.

About you
- Two years’ experience managing staff within the aged care & disability care industry.
- Previous experience working as a disability support worker.
- Australian Criminal History Check
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR Certificate
- Ability problem solve.
- NDIS Workers Screening Card (P)
- Australian Drivers Licence
