Founded in 2011 by dynamic duo Paul and Kimberley, **Excellence in Care (EIC)** is all about supporting and celebrating our **amazing Family Day Care (FDC) educators** across South-East Queensland. With our office in the lively community of **Camira, QLD**, we take pride in being rated **Exceeding the National Quality Standard (NQS)**.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Mentorship**: Visit and mentor educators to help them provide exceptional care
- **Relationship Building**: Foster strong connections with educators, families, and the team
- **Travel**: Visit educators’ homes and work from our buzzing Camira office
- **Compliance Oversight**: Ensure adherence to National Law and Regulations
- **Admin Support**: Assist educators with administrative tasks (we make it simple)
- **Learning Environment Creation**: Develop fun, stimulating, and safe spaces for children
- **Network Growth**: Promote EIC and help expand our educator community

**What We’re Looking For**
- **A natural mentor and cheerleader** for educators
- **Expert in the National Quality Framework (NQF)** and early childhood regulations
- **An amazing communicator** with a warm, friendly personality
- **Organized, independent,** and ready to take on new challenges
- **Tech-savvy**: Proficient in MS Office; HubWorks & FDSEE experience is a bonus
- **Prior experience in education, childcare, or a similar role** (highly valued)

**What You’ll Need to Get Started**
- **Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care** (or equivalent)
- **Positive Notice Blue Card**:

- **Recent Police Check** (or willingness to obtain)
- **Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification** (HLTAID012)
- **Child Protection Certificate** (CHCPRT001)
- **Responsible Person Acceptance**:

- **Valid Driver’s License** & a reliable car
